Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use EventBuzz.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that violate any law, infringe upon the rights of others, or are otherwise objectionable.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.

Transaction Processing: We use third-party services for payment processing. We are not responsible for the processing of your payments.

Pricing: Prices for events are determined by the event organizers and are subject to change.

Event Organizer Policies: Refund and cancellation policies are set by the event organizers, not EventBuzz.

Processing of Refunds: In case of a refund, we will process it through the same method used for payment.

Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the app and its content are owned by Pravik Digital or its licensors.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

No Warranties: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied.

Content Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service.

Extent of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
