Cancellation Protect

For bookings with Cancellation Protect, the user will be entitled to a refund of 100% of the ticket price in case of cancellation within the cancellation window.

The cancellation window for cancelling a ticket booked with Cancellation Protect is 10 days before the event.

Cancellation Rules

• Tickets purchased online cannot be cancelled at offline box office stores.
• Partial cancellation of an order is not allowed.
• Refund will only be given for the event ticket amount; any additional amount paid for Cancellation Protect or other add-on services will not be refunded.
• Convenience Fee paid for the booking will also not be refunded.
• Refund will be processed to the source account used for payment at the time of booking.

Booking Confirmation

On booking ticket(s) with Cancellation Protect, the customer will receive a booking confirmation SMS/email. Please note that the booking confirmation is NOT the ticket, and the customer would be able to enter the event arena only with physical tickets. The physical tickets would be delivered once the allowed cancellation period is over.

Additional Information

Cancellation Protect is a promotional offer by EventBuzz, a service provided by Pravik Digital Private Limited. EventBuzz reserves the right to alter the terms or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice. EventBuzz may suspend any user's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at its discretion.

In case of any issues, the interpretation of EventBuzz will be considered final.
